Party-to-Party Dialogues
CUSEF facilitates platforms for American and Chinese senior representatives to have candid exchanges on bilateral issues and jointly explore solutions to tackle problems. The first of this meeting was held in 2010.
Strategic Security and Stability Dialogues
CUSEF supports security dialogues on international security and stability, addressing a broad range of key security matters, such as developments in North Korea, maritime tensions in the South and East China Seas, China's military modernization, and counterterrorism efforts.
Chinese and U.S. Economists Dialogues
Since 2010, CUSEF has convened leading economists and scholars from the United States and China to examine global and bilateral economic policy challenges and foster constructive dialogue between the two countries.
Pacific Community Initiative
The Pacific Community Initiative is a multi-year effort to advance dialogue and cooperation between the United States and China around shared regional goals, drawing on Dr. Henry Kissinger’s proposed concept of a “Pacific Community” to promote peace, stability, and prosperity across the region.
